Conference Interpretation Services
 Simultaneous interpretation is a demanding, highly skilled craft which is used for communicating in multiple languages in sales meetings, industry conferences, training seminars, site-tours or government officials meeting on an international agenda, where the prime concern is always "effective" communication.

How simultaneous interpretation works
Our interpreters work in teams of two per langu age and are seated in sound reduction booths. Each team works in specially designed sound-reduction interpreter booths, relieving one another in 20 to 30 minute intervals. This technique is used to achieve the highest quality of interpretation for your event. Each booth's signal is routed to it's appropriate transmitter and is received by participants using individual multi-channel receivers with headsets. The systems we use are completely wireless. There is no interlacing of wires and no seating restrictions.

We utilize state-of-the-art wireless interpretation systems to broadcast simultaneous language interpretation wherever language interpretation services are needed. Whether in business, government, or international conferences - we have the right solution to make your event a success.
Two technologies we use:
- FM (RF) Systems
RF systems provide rich sound quality and are a least expensive solution to language interpretation and are used in applications that require less than five (5) languages and security is not a priority concern. Excellent for tours and outdoor applications.
- Infrared (IR) Systems
 Infrared (IR) systems provide a secure line-of-sight technology and are used in almost any application. The IR systems are excellent in situations that require more than five (5) languages and/or security is of great concern.
Interpretation Booths
Our booths exclusively meet ISO standards as regards ventilation and lighting. The booths are positioned in such a way that interpreters can see the podium/stage and the screen used during the meeting. Each booth is equipped with an interpreter console with individual controls, microphones, headsets and halogen reading lamps for each interpreter. We offer two styles of booths to help provide you the best solution for your event.

Our fully-encapsulated booths are ISO compliant soundproof interpretation booths. These are excellent solutions were sound bleed in close quarters is a concern. Each booth allows two interpreters to sit and work comfortably in the 6’ x 6’ x 6’ cube for optimum monitoring and interpreting.

Our exclusive designed tabletop booths have a unique sound dampening architecture that have made them a very popular alternate solution for meetings that do not require total sound cancelling. Unlike most tabletop booths available in the market, our tabletop booth allows two interpreters to sit and work comfortably in the 72 inch wide, 36 inch high booth which may be used on any standard six foot table.
